Most of the dissemination actions are designed to raise awareness of the achievements of FLEXFORM to a wider audience than the core SMEs. This dissemination will include:
Internal Dissemination: Each of the consortium IAGs will organise three seminars (one per year) in their facilities to inform their staff and their associated companies about the project and the business benefits to their organisations.
Technical Bulletins and Magazines of IAGs: For example, ASERM will use the bulletin of its member association ASCAMM, the “ASCAMM Tech”, GTMA will use the “GTMA News & GTMA Bulletin Board”;
Project Web Site: A project web site will be established early in the project to provide wide dissemination of the results and papers, and information about the project. All public deliverables will be available on the internet site. The web site will be the main source of information for the wider SME community, and will be in English, German and Spanish.
European Commission Dissemination Actions: FLEXFORM will make use of dissemination activities undertaken by the European Commission and by Commission funded projects.
Presentations in Conferences: ASCAMM, RWTH, CIMNE and INSIC will prepare articles for technical publications that may also be presented in Conferences like the “International Conference on Computational Plasticity”, the “International Seminar on novel sheet metal forming technologies” or the conference “Rapid manufacturing: Innovative Sectorial Applications”.
Presence at Fairs and Exhibitions: The results of the Flexform project will be presented in fairs and exhibitions to be determined, in the form of special vehicles incorporating Dieless formed parts.
Finally, after the conclusion of the project, the ongoing dissemination activity will incorporate the coordination of the partners for protection of intellectual property.
